FAQ
HOW LONG IS THE RENT PERIOD? The loan period is always 7 weekdays.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T BRING MY COSTUMES BACK WITHIN 7 WEEKDAYS? From the 8th day onwards, half of the rental fees will be charged. From the 14th day the entire amount will be charged again.
WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING BREAKS? The part must either be replaced or paid for.
CAN I SEND THE RENTED THINGS BY POST? Please send as an insured package to: Edelstahl Events, Seuemstr. 7, 10245 Berlin. Please send us the tracking number of the package by email to bureeau@le-boudoir-berlin.de
