The rent period is always 7 weekdays.

For each day of delay, 15% of the original rental price will be charged (excluding discounts or set prices).

As soon as one of our beauty experts has seen your request, you will either receive an appointment confirmation immediately or we will contact you with alternative suggestions if your desired date is no longer available.

Our core times are Tuesday to Thursday. For larger groups of 4 or more people we also offer appointments on Mondays. Please request at least 14 days in advance.

On Fridays we open the day before a BOHÈME SAUVAGE.

We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Part of our service is detailed advice and fitting, which is why we operate purely by appointment.

However, several times a year we hold the 'Porte Ouverte', our open day.

On this day, you can browse, shop and make appointments for fittings with us over a glass of Cremant, and you can also get helpful styling tips from our beauty experts.

We usually offer appointments up to and including 7:00 p.m.

We recommend booking evening appointments early, as experience has shown that they fill up faster than those in the early afternoon.

It is best to book your first appointment a good two weeks before your event. If your "perfect outfit" or a desired item is not available at that time, it can still be cleaned and reserved for you in time.

Professionals book their appointment 10 to 14 days after a BOHÈME SAUVAGE, when the selection is greatest.

Evening and dance dresses: women's sizes 32-52

Suit and tailcoat: men's sizes 46- 60

Shoes sizes 36 to 45

Hat sizes 52-60

Our appointments always start on the hour.

Our beauty expert will welcome you and guide you through the store and determine your needs. After that, you will have a good half hour to put together your outfit and accessories together.

If you don't have enough time, feel free to ask for an extension, which is often possible at short notice. The first 45 minutes are free.

While you transform back into your civilian self, we will pack up your clothes and issue you a rental voucher.

Of course, we are happy to answer your questions about hairstyle, make-up and etiquette.

You decide whether you want to take the wardrobe with you immediately or reserve it for a later collection day. The 7-day rental period only begins once the goods leave the store.

You will find your return date on your rental slip.

No appointment is necessary between 3 and 6 p.m.
